Hallam Ultimate has grown not only in size, but also in stature, since its conception in Autumn 2006. The club is well known throughout the northern region and both the Open and Women's teams have now had a chance to compete at a National level. Hallam Ultimate is renowned for having some of the best beginners in the country winning 3 out of 4 beginner tournaments in the last 2 years. Now in its third year, we have 3 trophies in the first 3 months of the 2008/09 season with nationals and varsity still to come. Hallam have beaten our rivals Sheffield uni twice in the Varsity challenge: May 2007 saw the clubs first Varsity win over rivals Phat 'eds with a winning margin of 14-8. and in may 2008 Hallam won again at abbydale road 13-7 Bring on May 2009 for another Varsity special!! 3 times would be incredible!
